New Year, New You!
With the holidays at an end, many look to take on their New Year resolution. According to a survey from Statista, almost 40% of adults choose to eat healthier in the coming New Year as their resolution. Whole 30 is a fantastic program to help kickstart that resolution! Whole 30 is not your typical diet or detox program, but a reset of your entire diet. It entails 30 days of eliminating food that are typically bad for you, such as sugars and carbs, then slowly reintroducing them for 10 days, taking note of what foods negatively affect your mood and your body.
The Pineapple Superfood
While the program is extremely beneficial, it can be difficult to find foods to eat during the 30 days of elimination. One great food to take advantage of is the pineapple superfood. Not only do they aid in digestion, pineapples are also full of nutrients. Pineapple also has the added benefit to be an easy addition to any meal, especially while embarking on the Whole 30 program. Here are some Whole 30 breakfast recipes that are not only simple, but delicious!
Pineapple Mint Smoothie
A great way to start your morning and any workout is with a smoothie. This Pineapple Mint Smoothie not only helps supply energy, but also is an easy Whole 30 breakfast idea!

Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
For those who want a little more than a smoothie in their Whole 30 breakfast, the Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl would be a great option. To keep up with the rules of Whole 30, it is important to use coconut milk instead of traditional dairy.

For the smoothie bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ¼–⅓ cup coconut milk
Topping Ideas
- Kiwi Slices
- Fresh Mango

- 2 Tbsp. shelled hemp seeds
