Summer might officially begin next month, but for many of our loyal customers across the U.S. and Europe, summer can’t come fast enough!

Well, we here ya. Here’s a really fun summer salad you can make anytime of the year since our delicious pineapples are grown year-round in sunny Costa Rica. Plus it’s topped with a creamy vinaigrette variation of everyone’s favorite tropical drink – Piña Colada.
