- The showers that started the prior weekend continued into the new week bringing
- 110.5 mm (4.4 inches) of precipitation
- Average minimum and average air temperatures declined
- Low solar intensity and high humidity
- This change in climatic conditions slowed down the maturation process of the fruit
- Harvest age adjusted; less younger fruit at 21 WAF harvested (63%) the rest at 22 and even some 23 WAF
- NDF fruit made up 34% of our total volume and represents the peak harvest of NDF (it has been a very modest peak)
- Quality continues to hold at excellent level
- External color has improved
- Covid new cases down 10% from prior week; vaccination efforts undertaken aggresively
