Good. Good. Great! All quality levels are reporting excellent results. The recent weeks of improvements in both fruit characteristic and farming practices have paid off – with time making up for this season’s heavy downpours. With just three inches of rainfall (72.9 mm) in only two days, Week 39 is officially considered a dry week!
Farms continue to target harvest age at 21 WAF with approximately only 26% harvested at the age of 20 WAF. In addition to the good news, we have continued to take a proactive approach to the rainy days ahead by advancing our soil preparation and issuing as much ready to plant inventory.
