Mother Nature seems insistent on defying the status quo. With yet another rare week for a so called “dryer month,” Week 37 brought over six inches of rain and more than half of that was just in a single day! The good news? With most of the rain centered on the one day, the remainder of the week allowed for us to continue advancing our agricultural practices. We also continue to closely monitor age at harvest as the variable climatic conditions have forced adjustments. In maintaining this strategy, quality parameters are very acceptable.
