September has finally begun to show its true (graciously read: dry) colors. And we are just overwhelmed with joy! A much needed improvement in our weather was finally received this week. With negligible precipitation, low humidity, warm and sunny days, Perfect Pineapple quality conditions are reporting at harvest. Firmness improved (minimum of 3.0 psi). Internal coloration was sampled at The Perfect Pineapple standards. Flavor and aroma? It just doesn’t get better than this!
