Weather continues to be more sporadic than usual. Although this month is usually dry, sudden downpours have been somewhat concerning. Week 40 was generally dry, yet on Friday, October 2 almost 4 inches of rain (97.2 mm) continued throughout the day and evening. This full day of storms halted production and delayed some agricultural practices. On the flip side, quality measurements continue to be reported at excellent levels and fruit harvest plans continue without much variation.
