Although daily showers continue to be seen in Week 34, overall improvements were made to delayed agricultural practices. In a (thankfully) uneventful week, many of our departments on the farm are playing catch-up in response to the terrible climatic conditions experienced this season.
However, one important marker did take place this week: we have finally reached the end of peak season. Natural fruit harvest is over and done with! We have continued harvest age reduction this week, with 54 percent of our fruit harvested between 20 and 21 WAF. The balance remained at 22 WAF with very limited volume at 23 WAF. Smaller sizes will be more available in the weeks to come as a result.
