Three inches of rain? It’s wet, but we’ll take it!
While that measurement might sound like quite a bit of precipitation, Week 51 saw nearly two thirds less rainfall than the week prior. Combined with some sunny days and less cloud coverage, we were plenty happy with the improving weather conditions that resulted in overall better quality reporting.
Harvesting ages have been stabilized and we have returned to nearly 60 percent of fruit harvested at 21 WAF. Good news continues as the national weather service reports less rainfall for the end of the year.
