And the cold front season continues! With a much gentler cold front than the last, this week’s balanced rain schedule made for great growing conditions on the fields.
Sampled fruit for Week 46 experienced a decrease in coloration, but an increase in aroma and flavor quality, compared to the previous week. There was also a much lower volume of immature fruit and actually, no over-ripe fruit were reported.
