Our region experienced the first of the cold fronts expected for the “winter” months. More cloudy days and one day of torrential downpour may have affected sugar content this sampling period. Yet, fruit maintained The Perfect Pineapple™ standard in fruit flavor and aromas.
Overall, volume is up and expected to increase throughout the end of year. A newly hired Director of Research and Development has been brought on board to work with farm management to proactively tackle challenging quality issues when they might arise.
