Pineapple growing is a treat when favorable weather conditions remain constant. So much so, than even with just a slight increase in precipitation, our pineapples’ brix development increased, making sampled fruit with sugar content below 13.5 levels decrease – a sweet sign for the upcoming weeks.
Maintaining The Perfect Pineapple™ standard in fruit flavor and aromas, internal coloration continues pale yellow to yellow and more than 90% of fruit sampled were in the target external color category of 0.5 to 1.5.
